Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring CCTV, conducting surveillance, and investigating incidents to reduce shrink. Partner with store leadership and law enforcement to enforce security procedures and execute asset prevention strategies.
Requires at least one year of retail or asset protection experience and the ability to handle physical labor for 6-8 hours per shift. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, professional communication, and proficiency with surveillance technologies.
The Asset Protection Coordinator helps maintain a safe, secure environment for our people, customers, and assets. In this role, you’ll support safety initiatives, investigate incidents, and partner with store leadership to reduce shrink and promote operational excellence.
You’ll partner closely with the Asset Protection Manager, store leadership teams, and local law enforcement agencies. Collaboration across Store Operations and Asset Protection functions will be critical to success.
