Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Salesperson to join our Abha team. The successful candidate will engage with customers in-store, promote our product range, maintain merchandising standards, and contribute to achieving branch sales targets. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, understand their needs, provide accurate product information and personalized recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Sales Execution: Promote products and current offers, achieve individual and store sales targets, and close sales using effective questioning, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.

• Merchandising and Store Standards: Maintain attractive product displays, restock shelves, verify pricing and signage accuracy, and keep the sales floor clean and organized.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, availability, and promotions to advise customers confidently.

• Point-of-Sale Operations: Operate cash register and payment systems accurately, and process transactions, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.

• Customer Service and Aftercare: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalate issues when necessary, and follow up to support customer satisfaction.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and store leadership to meet daily operational goals, participate in team meetings, and support a positive team environment.

• Loss Prevention and Compliance: Follow cash-handling procedures, security protocols, health and safety requirements, and all company policies.

• Reporting: Share feedback with store management regarding customer preferences, inventory requirements, product performance, and sales results.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: One or more years of retail or sales experience is preferred; candidates with strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to engage customers clearly and professionally.

• Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing friendly, responsive service and building positive customer relationships.

• Sales Ability: Ability to understand customer needs, explain product benefits, handle objections, and achieve sales goals.

• Numeracy and Accuracy: Comfortable handling cash, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move stock as required, and perform routine store tasks.

• Teamwork and Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, and adapt to changing priorities in a retail environment.

• Legal Eligibility: Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia is required.
