The role
We are looking for a number of LGV Class 1 Drivers to support our operations based out of Motherwell, Lanarkshire.
Base salary of £18.05 per hour (c£39,529) We also pay additional premium rates , weekly overtime x1.3 and rest day working of x1.5 plus you’ll be part of our Driver bonus scheme
What you’ll take on
You’ll be a part of our critical distribution operation
What you’ll bring
Successful applicants will receive 2 days of training from a Driver Development Coach (DDC) and will be aligned to a Manager to provide any additional support required outside of their training alongside any support provided by the DDC.
Benefits
Weekend premiums (between the hours 06:00-22:00)
Saturday - £3.00 per hour
Sunday - £5.00 per hour
Night rate (between the hours 22:00-06:00)
Sunday - Thursday - £3.00 per hour
Friday - £5.00 per hour
Saturday - £7.55 per hour (until 30/09/26)
