In this newly created role and reporting directly to the Hubs Manager, you will take full ownership of the international customer journey from start to finish, bridging the gap between our internal distribution teams and our global partner hubs. You will work cross-functionally with internal senior managers, warehouse operations, systems and customer service teams to boost delivery efficiencies while carefully managing our cost base. At Next, we know our people drive our success, so we will support you from day one with the tools, operational insights, and cross-functional training you need to confidently shape and excel in this exciting, newly created position.
