We're looking for a Brand Manager to join our Brand & Creative team - someone who can own and evolve a brand's direction, lead with conviction, and ensure every touchpoint reinforces who we are.

This is a strategic leadership role at the heart of NA-KD's brand. You'll be the North Star for brand direction across the organization - defining how we show up, how we speak, and what we stand for. You'll work closely with a team of PR-experts and brand designers, and serve as the natural sparring partner to commercial, social, CRM, and product teams - ensuring that brand and business always move in the same direction.

You'll report directly to the Head of Brand & Creative.

What you'll be doing

Responsible for NA-KD's brand direction, DNA, and tone of voice - ensuring we have a clear, consistent point of view that the whole organization can align around.

Acting as the ultimate brand guardian - responsible for ensuring that every customer touchpoint, campaign, communication, and initiative strengthens NA-KD's long-term brand positioning.

Leading and developing a team of four across PR and design - setting direction, raising the bar, and creating the conditions for great work.

Serving as the strategic counterpart to commercial initiatives - bringing brand perspective to business decisions and securing the right balance between brand equity and commercial impact.

Driving cross-functional alignment across Brand, CRM, Social, PR, Commercial, Product, and Creative - making sure every team is pulling in the same brand direction.

Supporting and elevating our brand strategy - working alongside the PR Strategist who owns events and activations end-to-end, ensuring all initiatives ladder up to the bigger brand picture.

Overseeing our site and all communication channels - making sure how we show up externally is always coherent, intentional, and on-brand.

What we're looking for

You have solid experience in brand management or brand strategy - ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or a consumer brand with cultural relevance.

You think of brand strategy first. You understand that activations are the output of a strong brand direction, not the other way around.

You're a confident cross-functional partner. You know how to bring commercial, creative, and communications teams into alignment without losing the integrity of the brand.

You're a natural people leader - you know how to get the best out of designers and PR professionals, and you create clarity for your team even in ambiguous situations.

You have an instinct for tone of voice and brand expression - you notice when something's off and you have the conviction to fix it.

You're clear, direct, and persuasive in how you communicate - both in a room and on a brief.
