What You’ll Do
Draft, review, and prepare legal documents related to workers’ compensation defense matters
Maintain and organize case files
Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and deadlines
Coordinate case activity and support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation
Meet yearly billable requirements
What You Bring
3+ years of workers’ compensation defense paralegal experience required
Experience with Pennsylvania and New Jersey workers’ compensation procedures (New York experience is a plus)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay proactive in a fast-paced practice
