Responsibilities

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals for both B2B and B2C clients. They will also analyze sales data and collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer experience and growth strategies.

Requirements

Candidates should have proven experience in sales or key account management with a strong ability to exceed targets through cold outreach. Fluency in both Latvian and English, along with proficiency in CRM tools and Excel, is required.

It‘s a new way of having a car allowing to subscribe to it online and use it the same day, without paper documents or long-term commitments. MyBee aims to bring as much simplicity as possible to an increasingly faster-living society that values sustainable solutions. The car subscription solution has been inspired by CityBee, a well-established car-sharing brand in the Baltics. Together, MyBee and CityBee are parts of the Modus Mobility family, which is committed to building mobility solutions that make people's daily lives as flexible as possible, contribute to cleaner cities, and reduce climate change.

Now, we’re looking for a Sales Manager to help us grow and build strong relationships with MyBee clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Actively seeking new customers and managing the full sales cycle – from first contact to closing the deal
  • Building strong relationships with existing clients
  • Making it clear how MyBee's services add value for B2B and B2C clients and creating proposals
  • Analyzing sales data and customer feedback, sharing insights to support company growth
  • Collaborating with Operations, Fleet Management, and other teams to make sure customers have a smooth experience
  • Hitting and exceeding sales targets while delivering top-notch customer service
  • Contributing to sales process development, helping optimize strategies and workflows

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Brings experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or a similar role
  • Leads with a structured approach to outbound sales – manage lead lists, prioritize outreach, and track touchpoints
  • Confident in cold outreach across calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads and reach decision-makers
  • Demonstrates a proven ability to exceed targets and drive growth
  • Has awesome communication and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Manages time effectively, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a proactive, results-driven mindset
  • Is familiar with CRM software, strong Excel skills, and other sales tools
  • Is fluent in Latvian and English
