The Pharmacist in Charge is responsible for planning and directing the overall operations of the pharmacy department, including personnel supervision and workflow management. Key duties include dispensing medications for behavioral health patients, maintaining pharmaceutical inventory, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Candidates must hold a Baccalaureate or PharmD degree from an accredited school and possess a valid pharmacist license from the State Board of Pharmacy. Prior experience as a Pharmacist in Charge and MTM certification are preferred.
