Fluency in both spoken and written Spanish and English is required. Preferred experience includes one year each in working with the elderly, data entry, and phone-based client service.

As a Bilingual Client Support Specialist (Spanish/English) at Meals on Wheels Western Michigan, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. You will be the friendly voice behind our support team, helping clients and their families navigate our services with care and professionalism.
