Support the team in all aspects of M&A transactions, including sell- and buy-side projects and current mandates. Conduct market, industry, and company research while assisting with financial modeling, valuation analyses, and pitch preparations.
Candidates must have a strong academic track record with at least 4 semesters in economics, finance, or a similar field. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with fluency in both German and English, is required.
