Manage the end-to-end B2C sales cycle, from handling initial enquiries via multiple channels to closing deals and performing post-service follow-ups. Maintain accurate CRM data and utilize sales analytics to improve processes, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and play an important role in shaping how we sell, communicate and build lasting customer relationships.
The Role
You will be the first point of contact for customers looking for tyres and related automotive services.
Your job is not simply to respond to enquiries. You will understand what each customer needs, recommend the right solution, follow up confidently and close the sale.
You will own each lead from the first conversation through quotation, supplier coordination, booking and post-service follow-up. You will also maintain accurate CRM data and help us use that information to improve our sales process.
This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who enjoys speaking to people, solving problems and closing deals. It is not a script-based customer-service position.
