Lead the produce department by managing inventory, negotiating with vendors, and supervising staff to meet sales and profit goals. Ensure high standards of food safety, attractive product displays, and excellent customer service.
Requires at least 2 years of grocery buying and service experience with a strong knowledge of agricultural terms and organic standards. Must be proficient in POS systems and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.
