Lead the product creation process from inception to production, focusing on sourcing, testing, and translating concepts into final textile products. Manage communication with overseas factories and maintain detailed project tracking including BOMs and Tech Packs.
Requires 1-2 years of experience managing the physical product lifecycle for consumer brands with a mandatory background in textiles, softlines, or home goods. Must possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to commute to Birmingham, Michigan.

This role is built for a hands-on developer who leverages the mechanics of product creation, translating finalized concepts through meticulous sourcing and testing, to ultimately bring the final product to fruition and deliver unparalleled comfort to our customers. We also want someone who is obsessed with detail and organized with information, communication, and follow-through.
You will roll up your sleeves on researching, developing, and testing new products, vendor approvals, and communicating with overseas factories. We also want someone to obsessively manage project communication and details. Simply put, we want someone who wants to harness BOTH their creative and organizational abilities.
