The Director is responsible for the overall success of the school, including leading operations, driving enrollment, and managing staff development. They must ensure a safe, compliant environment while delivering high-quality educational experiences for children and families.
Candidates need an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, along with 3-5 years of leadership experience in a similar setting. Must meet all state-specific Director qualifications, including CPR/First Aid certification and a clean background check.
