Lead legal support for engineering, procurement, construction, and operations activities for solar, wind, and BESS projects. Draft and negotiate key agreements while advising cross-functional teams on risk allocation and compliance.
Requires a JD and 10+ years of experience in EPC and procurement for utility-scale renewable energy projects. Must have expertise in U.S. renewable energy incentives and trade policy risk.
About the Position
The Lead Counsel - Procurement and Construction will lead legal support for Linea's engineering, procurement, construction, and operations & maintenance activities across its growing portfolio of solar, battery energy storage system (BESS), and wind projects. Reporting to the General Counsel, this attorney will operate with significant independence, advising construction, asset management, development, and financing teams on contract strategy and administration from early-stage procurement through construction close-out and long-term operations. On an occasional basis, this attorney will also support M&A transactions, project development, and corporate matters as business needs arise.
