The Shift Lead 2 provides superior customer service and supports the General Manager in all retail operations. Key duties include managing sales transactions, maintaining store merchandising, and performing opening and closing procedures.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Previous retail or customer service experience is required, and the ability to lift 50 lbs is necessary.

The Shift Lead 2 will provide superior customer service to our customers and support the General Manager in all facets of retail operations to ensure the store is operating at optimal performance.
