Candidates need 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or operations and proficiency in project management software. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
We're seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our growing Project Management team. This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who enjoys solving problems, coordinating multiple initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. We encourage team members to gain cross-departmental experience early in their tenure so they fully understand our clients and our product. This will include 3−6 months of training on Lastmile technology, processes, and systems, including shadowing key team members.
As a Junior Project Manager, you'll help manage projects from kickoff through completion by supporting planning, tracking timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables stay on schedule.
You'll work closely with senior leadership while gaining hands-on experience managing projects that directly impact the business.
