The Senior Land Referencer assists in leading the land referencing process for renewable energy and infrastructure projects, including land rights identification and GIS mapping. The role also involves providing guidance to team members, ensuring quality control, and managing stakeholder relationships.
Candidates must have significant experience in land referencing, including Scottish Saisine and land registration. Proficiency in ArcGIS and strong administrative, planning, and communication skills are essential for this role.

The Senior Land Referencer is responsible for assisting the deputy manager in leading the land referencing process relative to the delivery of successful outcomes for renewable energy and strategic infrastructure projects. This includes land rights identification, Schedule compilation and completion, GIS mapping and CPO plan production. System development, project governance, client and contractor management, and stakeholder engagement. The role ensures support and Guidance to the referencers and to project progression from origination through pre-planning while upholding organisational standards and commercial expectations.
