The Key Holder is responsible for supporting daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandise presentation, and maintaining store cleanliness. They also act as a team leader, coaching and training staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company culture.
Candidates must have prior retail management experience and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Knowledge of western lifestyle and tack experience is considered an asset for this role.
