Lake Area Discovery Center (LADC) is seeking a caring, energetic Assistant Toddler Teacher to join our team at Trinity Falls Lutheran Church in Minneapolis. This year-round position works with children 16–32 months old in a nurturing, faith-based early childhood program.
Lake Area Discovery Center at Trinity Falls Lutheran Church serves children 6 weeks through Pre-Kindergarten in the Minneapolis community. Through our partnership with Trinity Falls Lutheran Church, we provide exceptional early childhood education while nurturing children's spiritual, social, emotional, and academic growth.
Join a team of dedicated early childhood professionals at our NAEYC-accredited and 4-Star Parent Aware program, where children learn through play, exploration, and Christian faith formation in a warm, welcoming environment.
