Provide exceptional customer service and expert product recommendations while managing daily retail operations. Maintain store cleanliness, handle cash transactions, and ensure efficient stock management.
Candidates must have previous sales experience and a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is required, along with a flexible attitude toward working hours.

Onze winkels op de luchthaven van Zaventem bieden een unieke winkelervaring op het gebied van Travel Essentials, Duty-Free & Fashion en Foodservice. Met een high-end aanbod aan luxe producten en uitzonderlijke klantenservice, zoeken we iemand die de klantbeleving naar een hoger niveau kan tillen.
Als verkoper/verkoopster werk je in een snelle en steeds veranderende omgeving, met een flexibel uurrooster dat ook weekends en feestdagen omvat, tussen 6.00 en 22.00 uur.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:
Het bieden van een warme en gastvrije klantenservice.
Het aanbieden van advies en deskundige aanbevelingen.
Bedienen van de kassa en ervoor zorgen dat de kassa klopt.
Het algemene beheer van de winkel (netheid, stockbeheer,...) en het zorgen voor een aantrekkelijke en ordelijk overzicht van alle producten.
Klanten helpen met self-check out procedures.
Wij zoeken een flexibele en gemotiveerde personen die:
Kunnen werken met een variabel uurrooster.
Zich comfortabel voelen in de omgang met internationale klanten en diverse culturen.
Sterke teamspeler zijn.
Een goede talenkennis hebben; Nederlands, Frans en Engels
Een passie hebben voor verkoop en al voorafgaande verkoopervaring hebben.
Beschikken over minimaal een middelbaar diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
