We’re looking for dependable, energetic Bakers who take pride in preparing great food and delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Baker, you’ll do much more than bake. You’ll help prepare our fresh, made-from-scratch kolaches, provide outstanding service to our guests, and work alongside a supportive team to create an exceptional experience every day.

What You'll Do

As a Baker, you’ll perform both baking and cashier responsibilities, including:

Prepare and bake fresh kolaches, pastries, and other bakery items following company recipes and standards.
Prepare fillings, glazes, coffee, and other products for daily service.
Maintain product quality, freshness, and presentation throughout the day.
Greet every guest with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service.
Accurately take customer orders, operate the register, and handle cash and credit card transactions.
Restock products and supplies as needed.
Keep the bakery, kitchen, dining room, and workstations clean, organized, and sanitary.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Work as part of a team to ensure every customer has a great experience.

What We're Looking For

Dependable with excellent attendance
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and work well with others
Willingness to learn and follow recipes and procedures
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods
Prior baking, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person!

Schedule Requirements

Early morning availability (starting as early as 3:00 AM)
Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)
Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
