Kingz Kimonos (kingz.com) is a growing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Uniforms and Apparel business. Our goal is to provide our customers with a wide variety of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu supplies at competitive prices and with superior customer service. We are looking to fill the position of Warehouse Associate. The successful candidate will be able to execute their work according to the company's standards and best practices and work collaboratively with our existing staff.
Schedule: 40 hr weeks, open availability (Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm, Saturdays 10am-3pm)
Hourly Wage: $20.00-22.00 per hour (DOE)
Responsibilities
Process, package and ship orders accurately and efficiently
Organize stocks and maintain inventory
Inspect products for defects and damages
Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
Organize warehouse space
Receive, unload, and sort incoming inventory items appropriately
Check, verify and fill customer invoices
Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
Can safely operate a 26 ft U-Haul box truck with a standard class C drivers license if needed
Performs other duties as requested
Requirements
Proven warehouse experience (minimum 2 years working in a warehouse facility)
Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
Basic math and recording abilities
Team player with organizational skills
Great communication and interpersonal abilities
Keen eye for detail
High school diploma
Drivers license with a clean driver's record
Occasional overtime
