The Business Development Manager will manage the end-to-end sales cycle for German merchants to join Kingfisher marketplaces. This includes identifying high-quality leads, building strategic partnerships, and executing recruitment strategies to drive growth.
Candidates must have proven experience in marketplace business development or account management and be fluent in German. Strong internal and external relationship management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential.

The German speaking Business Development Manager role identifies, engages, and establishes commercial relationships with Marketplace prospects and future merchants, aggregators, partners, and strategic key accounts, which will onboard on to the Kingfisher banner marketplaces. The role will be key to drive the growth acceleration of each of our local banners.
This role sits within our Marketplace Group team and the candidate will need to have a strong sales appetite with commercial sense and vision. German market knowledge and language is a must for the role. The position can be based from any of our locations.
