The Fiber Repair Technician is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing fiber optic products to ensure quality and production reliability. This includes performing splicing, termination, and collaborating with engineering teams to reduce downtime.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 4 years of experience in fiber optic repair or assembly. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and the ability to meet demanding physical requirements in a manufacturing setting are required.
