Assist the Garden Center Manager in daily operations, including product ordering, display planning, and employee training. Maintain plant quality and ensure a clean, safe, and visually appealing retail environment for customers.
Candidates should have strong customer service skills and experience with POS systems and inventory management. Knowledge of horticulture and previous supervisory experience are preferred.
