The Training Supervisor plans and supervises training programs for new hires and existing employees across all production departments. They are responsible for developing training standards, maintaining SOPs, and monitoring workforce skills through matrices to align with operational needs.
Candidates require a degree in Industrial Engineering, Education, HR, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in training or manufacturing leadership. Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual skills in Spanish and English are required.
