The Director of Digital Sales & Operations will lead the digital sales strategy and channel performance across major marketplaces and partner eCommerce sites. This role involves managing profitability, forecasting, and cross-functional execution to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, or marketplace operations with a strong understanding of Amazon 1P/3P platforms. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with proven leadership skills and the ability to drive channel growth.
Job Summary: The Director, Digital Sales & Operations will be responsible for leading GBG digital sales strategy, channel performance, profitability, and day-to-day operations across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Zappos, NSW.com, partner eCommerce sites, marketplaces, and drop ship channels. This leader will own the digital operating cadence, channel roadmap, and team accountability required to deliver annual sales and profitability goals.
The ideal candidate is a growth-driven change agent and strategic operator with a visionary approach to driving digital sales, strong digital commerce experience, a track record of driving revenue and margin growth, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners through both strategy and execution.
