The candidate will oversee and assist the Head of Department in managing litigated and non-litigated financial mis-selling cases. They will also be responsible for running a large caseload and supervising a team of fee earners.
Candidates must be qualified solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE and possess strong organizational and administrative skills. They should also have the ability to train junior staff and create training manuals.
