The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in driving sales results and maintaining high store operational standards. They are responsible for developing team members, managing merchandising, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in a similar apparel retail environment. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
