The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in driving sales results, managing daily store operations, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. They are responsible for developing team members, fostering a positive customer experience, and executing management functions in the absence of the Store Manager.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as a Co or Assistant Manager in a similar volume apparel business. The role requires flexible availability for evenings and weekends, as well as the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
