Provide friendly assistance and product recommendations to customers while maintaining a clean and organized dispensary environment. Ensure tasks assigned by management are completed efficiently and contribute to a positive atmosphere for all clientele.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs for the duration of a shift. Open availability to work various shifts, including holidays, is mandatory along with basic computer and math skills.
Entry-Level Budtender - Join the JARS Cannabis Phoenix Airport Team!
Are you a friendly and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and open availability looking for a full-time position? JARS Cannabis is inviting entry-level candidates to join our vibrant team at our Phoenix Airport location. If you have customer service experience from places like Starbucks, Target, or other retail and food service-oriented positions, we're willing to train you on cannabis and provide an exciting opportunity to grow in the industry.
PAY: $15.50-16/hour + shared tip pool
SCHEDULE: 5 days on, 8-hour shifts with 2 days off.
MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY TO WORK ANY OF THE LISTED SHIFTS BELOW:
Shifts included: Morning shift 6:30 AM-2:30 PM, Mid shift 11 am-7 pm, Closing shift 2:30 pm-10:30 pm
(At El Mirage Thursday-Saturday closing shifts 3:30 pm-12:30 am)
