Act as a mentor to merchandisers by providing training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support across assigned stores. Lead the execution of merchandising resets, build retail displays, and cultivate relationships with in-store management.
Candidates should be self-starters with previous lead or supervisory experience and the ability to travel within the Charlotte, Winston-Salem, or Greensboro areas. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
