ITX is Hiring an Advertising Specialist in LATAM!

At ITX, we build custom software that helps our clients Move, Touch, and Inspire the world. Now, we're looking for an Advertising Specialist to help us do the same through smart, data-driven paid advertising strategies that connect the right message with the right audience at the right time.

This is a part-time opportunity averaging approximately 20 hours per week, ideal for an experienced paid media professional who enjoys balancing hands-on campaign execution with performance analysis and optimization.

In this role, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting of Google Ads campaigns while partnering closely with our Marketing team to drive measurable business results. Over time, you'll have opportunities to expand your strategic impact and contribute to broader digital advertising initiatives.

What You'll Do

As our Advertising Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, with a primary focus on Google Ads. You'll:

• Execute paid search strategies that support ITX's business and brand goals.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for ROI, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and overall performance.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop and deliver regular performance reports to key stakeholders.
• Run A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to continuously improve results.
• Manage and prioritize ongoing campaign execution, optimization, and reporting activities.
• Stay current with advertising trends, platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align paid media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience in B2B digital advertising.
• Experience working in a professional marketing agency environment, preferably supporting U.S.-based clients.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, budget management, lead generation, and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of campaign performance.
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a continuous learning approach.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Experience working with larger advertising budgets and performance-driven marketing programs.
• Experience supporting technology, software, or professional services organizations.

In Latam, the hourly rate for the Advertising Specialist role is USD $10 to $14.5. Based on your location in Latam, pay ranges could be adjusted according to local market data, which can vary from country to country. This variation percentage could be 15% lower or 17% higher.
