Manage customer rental operations including check-ins, check-outs, and technical briefings. Conduct professional campervan sales demonstrations and manage leads through the CRM to convert rental customers into buyers.
Requires 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or automotive environments and a valid Category B driver's license. Must be physically capable of working outdoors and moving through a depot, with flexibility for weekends and holidays.

El puesto de Agente de Servicio de Alquiler tiene un doble enfoque:
Responsable de la experiencia del cliente en alquileres
Especialista en ventas para demostraciones de compra de autocaravanas y conversiones
Este puesto es clave para garantizar que los clientes se vayan satisfechos, ya sea que estén comenzando un viaje de alquiler o comprando su futura autocaravana.
El Agente de Servicio de Alquiler ejecuta todas las operaciones de alquiler de cara al cliente y realiza demostraciones profesionales de venta de autocaravanas para convertir leads en compradores. Este es un puesto práctico y centrado en el cliente, que combina servicio, presentación de producto, ejecución operativa y gestión del seguimiento comercial.
Tanto en alquileres como en ventas, este rol garantiza que cada vehículo, cada interacción y cada momento con el cliente reflejen los altos estándares de Indie Campers.
Atención al cliente y operaciones: realizar check-ins/check-outs, briefings y proporcionar soporte continuo durante el alquiler. Gestionar la recuperación del servicio y las emergencias con empatía.
Demostraciones de venta e interacción con clientes: preparar y realizar demostraciones de autocaravanas, mostrando características, especificaciones y necesidades específicas de cada cliente. Garantizar entregas fluidas y que toda la documentación esté en orden.
Conversión de ventas y gestión de leads: hacer seguimiento de leads, demostraciones y acciones posteriores en el CRM. Convertir a clientes de alquiler en oportunidades de venta y apoyar al RV Sales District and City Lead en el cumplimiento de objetivos.
Conocimiento del producto y soporte técnico: mantener conocimiento actualizado de los modelos de autocaravanas de Indie Campers y realizar demostraciones básicas de sistemas (luces, gas, etc.). Detectar problemas, resolverlos o escalarlos cuando sea necesario.
