The Store Manager in Training is responsible for driving store sales performance, managing inventory, and overseeing daily operations to ensure profitability. They must also recruit and develop an effective team while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have at least two years of assistant management experience and possess a valid driver's license and high school diploma. Proficiency in Windows operating systems and the ability to perform heavy lifting are required, along with bilingual skills.
