The Regional Education Manager is responsible for planning and executing brand-related educational programs and events for the Americas market. This includes designing training strategies for retail partners and internal teams to drive business results and service excellence.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of beauty industry experience in account management or sales, with mandatory Sephora experience. Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of meeting sales targets are required.

Summary: The Regional Education Manager is passionate about and an expert in beauty, who will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all brand-related events and educational programs for the Americas Market. We are seeking a talented and passionate Education Manager to join our team and help us create unforgettable brand experiences and educational initiatives.

The pay range for this role is $100k-$135k. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidates relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
