The Hard Surface Coordinator manages the operational flow of flooring projects, including labor quoting, material purchasing, and order accuracy. They serve as the primary liaison between sales, estimation, subcontractors, and warehouse teams to ensure successful project installations.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in hard surface flooring operations, installation, or purchasing. Proficiency in ERP systems like RFMS and Microsoft Office is required, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
About the role
As our Hard Surface Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that every tile, vinyl, and hardwood installation project runs smoothly from the moment it’s sold to the day it’s complete. You’ll serve as the operational hub between our sales, estimation, and subcontractor teams – managing purchasing, reviewing orders for accuracy, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers.
This role is based full-time at our Chicago warehouse. You’ll report to our Installation Manager and work closely with our installation management and warehouse teams.
