Are you a highly motivated and disciplined communicator who excels at building professional relationships? We are looking for an Account Specialist to manage and nurture our client accounts through consistent and effective daily engagement.

This role is perfect for a self-starter who is comfortable with a high volume of outbound activity and utilizes digital tools as primary methods of interaction.

The Opportunity

As an Account Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients. Your primary focus will be proactive outreach to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and the successful adoption of our services/products.

Requirements

Your Core Responsibilities

• High-Volume Proactive Outreach: Consistently execute a minimum of 30 outbound phone calls per day to clients for follow-ups, account check-ins, and relationship building.
• Digital Communication Mastery: Manage all client interactions and follow-up activities exclusively through professional text and email correspondence.
• Account Management: Monitor client accounts, process basic inquiries, and ensure all client information is accurate and up to date in our CRM system.
• Problem Resolution: Act as the initial point of contact for client issues, efficiently documenting and routing complex problems to the appropriate internal teams.
• Reporting: Track daily communication metrics and report on account health and engagement levels.

• Discipline and Consistency: Demonstrated ability to meet daily call quotas and manage a large volume of digital correspondence.

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, email platforms, and professional messaging applications.
• Self-Management: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
