Prepare and serve drinks according to Hacienda recipes while providing an enthusiastic and welcoming guest experience. Maintain a clean, well-stocked bar area and handle guest payments efficiently.
Must be at least 21 years old and capable of obtaining an Indiana liquor license. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Your focus will be to follow Hacienda recipes and provide drinks for Guests. You will be part of a team with a common goal, BE GUEST OBSESSED! And don’t forget to have FUN!
• Greet Guests promptly with “Margaritas today?” and provide fresh Chips and Salsa.
• Provide a FIESTA EXPERIENCE for our Guests!
• Serve our Guests (and the Servers serving Guests) quickly and efficiently.
• Be a Team player
• Make our Guests say “WOW…That was a fun, wacky, unexpected, unforgettable, experience!
• Get drink orders and suggest a “Margarita Today?” to anyone over the age of 21.
• Card Guests under the age of 40.
• “Read” the guest and deliver the experience they want on this visit
• Suggestive Sell Specials and Extras
• Sidework & Cleaning duties
• Maintain a Clean and Well-Stocked Area
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must provide responsible alcohol service
- Must be able to obtain a liquor license in the state of Indiana
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Handle Guests’ payments by either providing change or processing credit/gift card payments
- Able to operate the POS system
- Verify identification and age requirements of Guests
- Prepares and maintains ingredients by following recipes
