Vaša náplň práce:
Povediete svoj tím k poskytovaniu výnimočného zákazníckeho zážitku zabezpečením vynikajúcich operačných a vizuálnych štandardov a aktívnou podporou predaja našich produktov.
Prevezmete zodpovednosť za silné stránky predajne a vášho oddelenia, budete analyzovať predajné výsledky, identifikovať obchodné príležitosti, stanovovať ciele a vytvárať plány na optimalizáciu výsledkov, zisku a úrovne zásob.
Riadiť plánovanie a rozvrh tímu a zabezpečovať hladké procesy otvárania a zatvárania predajne.
Nábor, onboarding a rozvoj tímu, pričom budete podporovať inkluzívnu a spolupracujúcu kultúru, ktorá podnecuje rast a inovácie.
Budete sledovať módne trendy, preferencie zákazníkov a konkurenciu s cieľom udržať si konkurenčnú výhodu.
Pozitívne reprezentovať seba aj značku pri všetkých interakciách so zákazníkmi.
Zabezpečovať celkový OMNI zákaznícky zážitok aktívnym propagovaním nášho zákazníckeho vernostného programu.
