Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce, management, or a similar field. A first experience in sales or operational management and a strong interest in coaching and data analysis are required.

En tant qu’Alternant Responsable de Département, vous entrez dans un rôle concret, responsabilisant et pensé pour vous faire évoluer. Vous ne prendrez pas une équipe en charge dès le premier jour : vous serez en binôme avec votre maître d’apprentissage, qui vous guidera pas à pas pour vous permettre de développer progressivement les réflexes, les compétences et l’assurance nécessaires pour devenir un véritable leader terrain.
Avec 80 % de présence sur le terrain, vous allez :
Vous évoluerez au fil de votre alternance : d’abord observateur, puis acteur, puis force de proposition, jusqu’à prendre progressivement en main certaines responsabilités managériales.
Vous rejoignez une équipe impliquée, structurée et tournée vers le développement des talents.
Votre maître d’apprentissage sera votre repère, mais l’ensemble du magasin – Vendeurs, Responsables de Départements, Visuels Merchandisers, Responsable de Magasin – participera à votre montée en compétences.
Vous travaillerez aussi en lien avec les équipes régionales et avec les magasins voisins pour partager les bonnes pratiques et élargir votre vision du métier.
C’est dans ce cadre collectif que vous apprendrez à mener, accompagner et inspirer une équipe.
Vous êtes étudiant(e) en Bachelor ou Master dans le commerce, le management, la gestion ou un domaine similaire, et vous recherchez une alternance qui vous confronte à la réalité du terrain tout en vous faisant progresser rapidement.
