The Delivery Scheduler coordinates delivery routes and communicates with customers to schedule deliveries and resolve inquiries. They also collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure customer expectations are met while maintaining accurate records in the database.
Candidates should have previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, or logistics and be comfortable using scheduling software and spreadsheets. Strong verbal communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are required.

The Delivery Scheduler position works in our amazing Grandville, MI Customer Care Center, located at 2851 Prairie Street SW, Grandville, MI 49418. Delivery Schedulers are critical members of our extended team assisting our stores, sales, customer service and warehouse teams with all tasks necessary to deliver our high-quality furniture and bedding to customers throughout Michigan. Our Delivery Schedulers are the first line of support for our customers after the sale is complete as they are involved with scheduling delivery, communicating regularly with customers when questions arise. As part of this team, you will be involved ensuring Highland River Ashley Furniture customer’s expectations are met and exceeded.
