Act as the primary contact for the German-speaking community via chat, email, and social media to provide product advice and resolve complaints. Collaborate with shipping partners to resolve logistics hurdles and optimize internal customer care processes.
Requires fluent German and basic English skills, along with a hands-on mentality and strong communication skills. Candidates should be available for approximately 20 hours per week from October/November 2024 through December 2026.
