The Assistant Production Supervisor supports the Department Supervisor in overseeing production, ensuring quality standards, and managing work schedules. They are responsible for machine setup, labor allocation, and driving Lean manufacturing initiatives to meet customer requirements.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of production experience and a high school diploma, with a technical degree preferred. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Syteline, along with strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of SPC and OSHA standards, is required.

They will support the Department Supervisor overseeing the LVDT Department to produce products which conform to part specifications, quality specifications, procedures and standards.
High School diploma required – 2 year degree preferred (Technical)
Production Experience 4 years minimum of technical working knowledge
Computer skills: Excel, Word, Syteline.
Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience
