The Deli Assistant Manager oversees daily deli operations, including food preparation, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. They are responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and providing a high-quality customer experience.
Candidates must be at least 18 or 21 years old depending on the state and possess the ability to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts. Applicants must be capable of physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and must pass a drug screen and background check.
Join our team as a Deli Assistant Manager, where you will serve as the on-site leader of our deli and food service operations within the store. While reporting to the Store Manager, this role functions as the primary operator of the deli, owning execution, team leadership, and performance of our fas craves proprietary food program—a critical driver of our company’s growth and customer experience.
This is more than a traditional assistant role. You will lead the deli as your business—driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, building a strong team, and delivering high-quality, craveable food that keeps customers coming back.
