Candidates must be at least 16 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to lift 25 lbs in outdoor conditions. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

As a Customer Service Lead at GO Car Wash, you’ll be stepping into a leadership role, serving as the manager on duty when our Team Leaders, AGMs, or GMs are not present. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales, and ensuring all GO Car Wash policies and procedures are followed. This is a developmental role designed to prepare you for a Team Leader position.

Our Customer Service Leads generally earn $16.50 per hour, which includes base pay of $14.50/hour with an average of $2.00/hour in commission for membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and top performers often earn more!
