Role Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support within the office environment, ensuring smooth daily operations. The role involves handling various clerical tasks, such as filing, document management, and data entry, as well as assisting different departments with logistical tasks. The incumbent will also be tasked with handling office supplies, managing deliveries, and supporting employees with their daily administrative needs.

Role Responsibilities:

The incumbent will perform general office duties such as:

1. Maintaining files, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and preparing documents for distribution.

2. Managing office supplies and ensuring that all areas of the office are well-stocked and organized.

3. Coordinating with external vendors, organizing meetings, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

4. Assisting with basic office maintenance tasks to support a productive work environment.
