Requires a High School GED and a CA Security Guard license, with either six months of healthcare/military/law enforcement security experience or one year of general security experience. AHA Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

As our Security Officer, you will maintain the highest level of safety and security by patrolling assigned areas, diligently deterring, detecting, and investigating suspicious activity or crime.Every day you will effectively monitor electronic surveillance equipment and hospital emergency systems, dispatch appropriate personnel via radio, and actively patrol to protect individuals and property, all while embodying our core values and supporting strategic quality improvement.To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional vigilance, strong observational skills, proficiency in electronic surveillance and dispatch systems, and a commitment to protecting our community while upholding our organizational values and contributing to a secure environment.
