The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing administrative support for daily office operations. Responsibilities include managing office supplies, maintaining records, assisting with order processing, and coordinating between customer service and production teams.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of related administrative or customer service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a professional demeanor are required.
Gibraltar is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Part Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and serve as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and callers.
Schedule: This is a part-time position, approximately 24–27 hours per week. The anticipated schedule is Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to noon, with some flexibility based on candidate needs.
Position Summary
The Receptionist & Administrative Assistant provides office, administrative, and customer service support to help ensure efficient daily operations. This role supports customer service and production scheduling activities, maintains office systems and supplies, prepares business documents, and assists leadership with administrative projects.
